Prices and currency

All published prices, payments, and invoices for orders on annameglio.com are expressed in euros. Prices include VAT for orders from EU member states. Prices will be calculated excluding VAT (TAX FREE) directly in the shopping cart for orders from non-EU member states.

The amount charged to your credit card or PayPal account may vary due to fluctuating exchange rates and bank fees.

We encourage customers to contact their bank for detailed information on exchange rates and bank fees related to their transaction.

Shipping costs are described in detail in the "SHIPPING AND RETURNS / RATES" section.

Payment methods

The following payment methods are accepted by annameglio.com :

BANK TRANSFER

By choosing to pay by bank transfer, upon completion of the order, the customer will automatically receive a confirmation email containing annameglio.com 's bank details. The goods will then be set aside pending the transfer's arrival in the account. The customer is required to send a copy of the payment via fax or email to customercare@annameglio.com within 48 hours of receiving the order confirmation.

If annameglio.com does not receive a copy of the payment or direct deposit within this period, the order will be cancelled. We will ship the order once the transfer reaches our bank account.

PAYMENT: PAYPAL

By choosing PayPal as the payment method, customers can pay directly through their PayPal account or through the most popular credit card networks. With PayPal, you can pay by credit card even if you don't have a PayPal account.

CASH ON DELIVERY

Cash on delivery (COD) requires payment in cash directly to the courier and has an additional cost of €5.00. Cash on delivery is only accepted for orders from Italy.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

At the time of purchase, customers who choose to pay by credit card enter their credit card details into a secure electronic banking system. Purchases can be made through major banking networks. All credit card transactions are processed via secure servers, ensuring maximum data protection for annameglio.com customers.

To ensure greater protection for e-commerce purchases, annameglio.com recommends its customers sign up for Verified By Visa or Mastercard Securecode services, requiring a PIN security code to make their purchases safely.

By choosing the CREDIT CARD payment method, if there are sufficient funds for the purchase and the bank details provided are valid, the transaction will be processed instantly. The credit card used will be charged at the time of purchase, even if pre-orders are placed, although these items will ship later in the season.

PURCHASE VOUCHERS

Vouchers may be issued in lieu of refunds in the event of returned goods or in any other case where the requested item is unavailable.

Vouchers can be used until they run out within 90 days of their issue date, for orders of an amount equal to or greater than the value of the voucher.

GIFT CARD

The AnnaMeglio Gift Card:

It is valid online for the purchase of any item offered on the annameglio.com website.
It is available in denominations of 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 1000, 1500, 2000 Euros.
It is sent to the recipient in a gift envelope with a personalized message.
It is valid for 12 months from the date of shipment / issue.
It can be used for one or more purchases until its value is completely used up.
It can be used as partial payment for a higher value purchase.
It can be combined with other Anna Meglio Gift Cards by writing to customercare@annameglio.com , which will send a cumulative code.
It cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards.
It is not convertible into cash.
It does not include any customs charges, the payment of which remains the sole responsibility of the recipient of the shipment.
Shipments to the European Union are not subject to import taxes.
Shipments outside the European Union are subject to import taxes.
Orders placed with a Gift Card can be returned; the amount for the returned goods can be credited back to the Gift Card or used for an exchange.
The Gift Card will be sent to the address indicated by the buyer at the time of the order.

Annameglio.com is not responsible for Gift Cards shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer. Annameglio.com Gift Cards are anonymous and bearer-only; therefore, Annameglio.com is not responsible for theft, loss, or use by third parties. If you lose your Gift Card, please email customercare@annameglio.com.
Annameglio.com reserves the right to refuse orders placed using Gift Cards that show signs of duplication or fraudulent use.
Orders placed via Gift Card are subject to the Commercial Policy, Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions published on Annameglio.com
