Shipping and Returns

The logistics of annameglio.com ships worldwide using "express" shipments by DHL, UPS, GLS, and Bartolini couriers.

All orders are shipped from AnnaMeglio's operational offices in Italy from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 17:30.

Orders received on Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Packages destined for countries within the European Union do not contain invoices or any other documentation indicating the value of the goods.
All shipments to countries outside the European Union, as required by customs procedures, are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of each item.

Available items

In-stock items ship within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) from the order date. During sales or promotions, shipping may take longer.

Pre-order items


Pre-order items are shipped as soon as they become available in stock.
Payment is due at the time of ordering, although the goods are shipped later in the season. We would like to remind new customers that annameglio.com may ask their bank to verify the transaction, including by contacting the other bank. This verification may cause some delays in shipping your order.

Europe – European Union – Express Shipping: 1-3 working days for main destinations / 2-4 working days for remote destinations.

Latin America: 3-4 business days

Australia and Oceania: 2-3 business days for major destinations / 4-5 business days for remote destinations

Africa: 2-4 business days

Russian Federation: 3-4 working days (DHL) / about 15 working days (EMS Russian Post)


annameglio.com is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and checks, or to causes of force majeure beyond the control of annameglio.com .

Please note that the following days are holidays in Italy and the courier does not ship:

Shipment tracking


Once the order ships, customers will receive an email from annameglio.com with the tracking number and a link to track their shipment. In the event of delays due to customs, customers will be contacted directly by the courier or by annameglio.com .

Rates

Shipping is always free throughout Italy, San Marino and the Vatican City for orders over 49 Euros - shipping costs 10 Euros for orders up to 49 Euros .

United States - flat rate of 35 Euros ; free shipping for orders over 199 Euros – DHL Express or UPS shipping service – customs duties not included.

ZONE 1: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany , Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, fixed cost of 19 Euros ; free shipping for orders equal to or greater than 299 Euros – GLS Express, DHL Express, UPS Express or Bartolini shipping service.


ZONE 2: Argentina, Australia, Bahrain, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Brunei, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Moldova, Montenegro, New Zealand, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, flat rate of 35 Euro ; free shipping for orders over 499 Euro – DHL Express, UPS Express shipping service – any customs duties not included .


ZONE 3: other countries (rest of the world), fixed cost of 49 Euros ; DHL Express shipping service – any customs duties not included .

IMPORTANT - CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

for orders destined for countries outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees that may be applied by the destination country. These costs are not included in the shipping price and vary according to local regulations.

Return instructions

If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items may be returned for a size exchange, store credit, or refund within 14 days of shipment. To request a return authorization, the Customer must send a request to customercare@annameglio.com within 14 days of receiving the order. The email request must specify the order number, the items to be returned and their sizes, and the desired compensation: size exchange, store credit, or refund. Once the return request is received, annameglio.com will send the Customer a written confirmation (via email) containing the Return Authorization Number (RAN). The return must be made using the courier indicated in the email sent by annameglio.com , following all instructions provided by Customer Service.

RETURN SHIPPING FROM ITALY, SAN MARINO, and VATICAN CITY WILL ALWAYS BE FREE.

RETURN SHIPPING from the following countries will have a fixed cost to be paid by the Customer of 15 Euro : Albania, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Principality of Monaco, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Hungary.

RETURN SHIPPING from the following countries will have a fixed cost of 25 Euros to be paid by the Customer: Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Armenia, Australia, Azores, Bahrain, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brunei, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Cyprus, South Korea, Croatia, Egypt, United Arab Emirates, Ethiopia, Japan, Gibraltar, Jordan, Hong Kong, India, Iceland, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Liechtenstein, Morocco, Mexico, Moldova, Montenegro, Niger, Nigeria, Norway, Qatar, Republic of Macedonia, Russia, Singapore, United States, Switzerland, Tunisia.

RETURN SHIPPING from countries not included in the previous groups (rest of the world) will have a fixed cost to be paid by the Customer of 35 Euros .

Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered and must not show any signs of use. Shoe soles must be in perfect condition and free of any marks. Each item must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers, etc.) received with the order.
All footwear and accessories must be returned with their original box, which is considered an integral part of the product itself and must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the sole external packaging.
In the event that the Customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by annameglio.com , it is requested to follow the same instructions above.
The annameglio.com staff reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and will cover the shipping costs for returning the goods to their warehouses.
Swimwear and underwear (bikinis, briefs, boxers, etc.) must be tried on over your own underwear.
The annameglio.com staff reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns shipped with couriers other than the one indicated in the return instructions email.
The annameglio.com staff will not accept returned merchandise if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set forth in the return policy.
In these cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
Once the return has been authorized by annameglio.com , the Customer will be able to choose between 3 types of compensation:

SIZE/COLOR CHANGE

You can exchange the same item for a different size or color, if available. Only one free exchange is allowed for each authorized return. To exchange a size/color, you will need to place a new order.

STORE CREDIT

It can only be used once within 3 months of the return. It cannot be combined with other Store Credits. It must be used in its entirety on an order of equal or greater value.

REIMBURSEMENT

Refunds will be processed as soon as the returned item(s) have been received, verified, and accepted. For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in approximately 10 days and will be visible on the next credit card statement.
The timeframe may vary slightly depending on the credit card used. For orders paid with PayPal or bank transfer, the amount will be refunded to the original account. Any return shipping costs, paid by the customer, will be deducted from the refund. For orders delivered to countries outside the European Union, any customs fees and taxes will not be refunded and will be deducted from the refund.
The return of items must be received at the operational headquarters of annameglio.com , via Ippolito Nievo 46, 03039 Sora (Fr) – Italy , within 10 days of written authorization from annameglio.com to the Customer.
